Bullet Express Review
The Bullet Express Claims:
The Bullet Express Meal Machine which Combines the Work of a Blender, Mixer, Food Processor and Juicer in One
Make Any Family Meal Ready To Heat Or Eat
in just 8 minutes or less!
If you want to buy the Bullet Expres then this is most important page you ever read!
I’m glad that you came to this page, because I’m going to give you the whole enchiladas about the Bullet Express Mixer. The good, the bad and the ugly surprises you may wish to know before you buy! So, is the Bullet Express the Magic Bullet to replace you all the kitchen’s gadgets?
Let’s start with the basic.
What You Get
The Bullet Express is separated in few different segments which were named as: Motor Base, Meal Maker Express Attachment, Meal Mixer Express Attachment and the Juicer Express Attachment. So, here is what you get from the box:
• The Motor Base is the basic mechanics that powers the additional parts. The safety clamps on the Motor Base hook the other parts safely in place during operation. Here is important point: The whole thing won't work unless the safety clamps are properly and firmly latched with the meal maker, mixer or juicer. So If your Bullet Express does not work, this may be the reason.

• Meal Maker Express: The Meal Maker Express attachment is used for slicing and shredding a variety of vegetables, fruits, meats and cheeses. This may be the best part of the machine, which you will use often

• Meal Mixer Express: The Meal Mixer Express attachment is used for mixing, blending, chopping, mincing, ice crushing. Not the most powerful mixer in the world, but will do ice crashing as well.
• Juicer Express Attachment: The Juicer Express attachment can be used for juicing all types of fruits and vegetables. This is good one if you don't have any juicer yet. This alone saves you good amount of money. It's not "THE BEST" juicer ever, but good starter.

• Ready In 8 Cookbook: The Ready in 8 bonus cookbook includes full of mouthwatering meals. I'm not that much in cooking books, but it is there for free, why not use it.
• User Manual: The Bullet Express User Manual explains proper usage, safety and care for the Bullet Express machine. Well, who reads manual? I like to figure how things work by myself and that includes the Bullet Express. But if your spouse is standing next to you, you'll better to read that thing, before you mess it up.
How It Works
Meal Maker Attachment
The Meal Maker Express attachment is used for slicing and shredding a variety of vegetables, fruits, meats and cheeses in just seconds with the slicer/shredder Disc Blade. To slice, you would need to place the slicer/shredder disc blade with the direction up in the Meal Maker attachment.
I like this part a lot. It’s addictive to cut and slice with it. I put all kind of veggies, fruit and meat just to see it going nicely in a bowl. It's cool. Get a big bowl and somebody to turn the bowl to make it as nice as in the commercial.
To shred, you would need to place the slicer/shredder disc blade with direction down. Once you have the desired blade, place food in the Meal Maker attachment in the feeder tube with the small food pusher and the food will be shredded or sliced and fall into a bowl.
Meal Mixer Attachment:
The Meal Mixer Express attachment can be used for mixing, blending, chopping, mincing, ice crushing with the uses a chopper/mixer (split level) blade and a Flat Blade. To chop or mix food, you would need to place the chopper/mixer (split level) blade in the Meal Mixer attachment.
For crushing or making dough, you would need to place the flat blade in the Meal Mixer attachment. Once you have the desired blade in the Meal Mixer attachment, place the food in the Meal Mixer Bowl and start processing the food or crushing your ice for smoothies.
Who makes the Bullet Express?
Bullet Express is made by the same guys who made the Magic Bullet, which has a lot of reviews and usually gets 3 to 4 stars form 5. So, is the Bullet Express much better and does it get 5 of 5 stars? Can you get your meal ready to eat or heat in less than 8 minutes? Read on my friend, it’s coming.
Here are some more of the promises of the Bullet Express Blender:
With Bullet Express, you will be able to chop, slice, dice, and shred meats, vegetables, cheese, fruit and a lot more in just seconds.
- produce a ready-to-bake apple pie from scratch in barely 60 seconds
- make ready-to-cook saucy pizza in 90 seconds
- chop beef and vegetables for a casserole in 45 seconds
- stovetop-ready hash browns in just 3 seconds.
- any meal ready to heat or eat in just 8 minutes
From salads to appetizers and dips, entrees to desserts, Bullet Express replaces your old food processor, mixer, blender, and juicer in one simple machine. And there's much more...
And finally here are the pros and cons about the Bullet Express Magic:
Pros
• you get a lot of stuff for your money: meal maker, mixer, juicer and cooking book
• no restriction to the size of your gadget container (7 cup or 10 cups) – Bullet Express chops, slices and dices straight into your pot and pan
• great for people who don’t own any food processor and juicer, you get it all in one
• great for ice shaving, slicing fruits and veggies in big bowl and shredding chesses for pizzas
• cuts significantly the preparation time, so you can to start to cook or eat faster
• cleaning is super-easy - simply rinse off in the sink or put away in the dishwashing machine
Cons
• take a lot of space because you have the meal maker, mixer, juicer and the base
• It has only 500 watts power. For a great food processor I’d like to have more power
• Shipping and handling is extra $29.99 and if you are California resident you’ll have to add sales tax into it
• Reliability – it’s a new kitchen gadget made by the same company who makes Magic Bullet which has not the best reliability.
Overall
Bullet Express is a great machine if you don’t own any mixer, blender and juicer. But if you already own a food processor and want to by the Bullet Express just for the juicer, you’ll be better off to buy stand alone juicer. The same applies the other way around. If you have already a juicer, you better off to buy stand alone food processor with more power.
If you ready to buy the Bullet Express you can check from the selection below to find out the best prices. The inventory changes often, so you need to come to check if the Bullet Express is on sale or we have a used one with a huge discount. I was just going out and buying the bullet. They have them on sale
at London Drugs thanks to the feed back.I will not be buying it
I have the Magic Bullet like it very much thought it be like like that
thank’s again for your input
Thea
Thanks for declaring Bullet Express as bad item to waste our $$$ gh Company’s marketing Add is very atractive & anybody falls in love of it ????
I was about to order & there after being disturbed, thanks all of U, who had shown their interest to save others
I had saved my money after visiting web site
thanks for all the info. it is going on sale at london drugs next week for $100….and i was really thinking about getting one but now…i think i’ll pass….
hi, i bought it a week ago, but did not get any confirmation letter from them. i did not get the product yet. after looking at these reviews, i m so worried. the thing is they r not even answering the phone. i waited like 30 mins after ordering online to have an idea what’s going on.. i do’nt know what to do??? i think i m ripped…
For chopping and blending, I actually got a $20 Black and Decker that work EXACTLY THE SAME THING! With all the complaints, it seems like you’ll get a the same slicing using a $10 mandolin.
For juicing, my aunt got me the Jack Lalanne Juicer for Xmas. That machine ACTUALLY work fantastically!! That was well worth the $100 price tag.
Thanks for the info. It makes me wonder how many motor bases they went through when they filmed the info commercial? Things are not as they seem on TV….I was tempted to buy this piece of shi…..
Darn, now i need to find a new christmas present thanks for the comments.
I didn’t buy this yet, I am still researching. So, I might end up buying it. The show they advertise it on makes it look so fun to use!
Thank you very much all the feedbaks. I am NOT buying this BAD ITEM. I don’t need problem for $119.94 + shipping charge. Thank again for all.
The reason why the motors get fried because you really have to read the instructions. It specifically says to not run the blender for more than a minute. Running the blender for a real long time, you are asking for trouble. You will definitely burn the motor out. It is not like other blenders, so you just can’t let it run and be complacent. I always time the operation. I have not had any problems with my Bullet. Another thing, you really have to take your time, and make sure to read all instructions and not try to wing it as if you are some kind of pro. Other than that its better to get another type of blender than this because the Bullet can be very technical.
Hi my fiance bought this junk thinking it will make my life easier. Well it hasn’t because I haven’t used it. He used it once then some part broke on it supposedly it had a warranty but he had to pay for a box and pay for the replacement part which I think was not good. I hate the way it turns things into mush. Its FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. But, just word of advice men listen to your wife if she says DON’T BUY! and women it makes life a whole lot harder in the kitchen….lol
My wife and I are very disappointed! We love our Magic Bullet. So, naturally, we thought the Bullet Express would live up to the hype. We just tried to make a salad, and as others have pointed out, the assembly, clean-up, and storage of this machine is outrageous. It wasn’t a time-saver at all. Vegetable chunks flying and juice spraying everywhere. It was a mess.
As far as how our salad looked? We could have made a nicer salad using the dull side of a knife!
We should have read this site, first. At this point we’re just going to return the Bullet Express to Bed, Bath, & Beyond. We don’t even want to try the other parts.
just got this crappy machine, i was all excited that it would do what it did on tv. But of course it didnt(stupid me) tried it and the first time i started the thing it just stopped working and smelt like burning. and now reading all of your complaints scares the hell out of me for getting my money back or at least getting the product that i ordered and wanted!! for those people thinking of getting this, read what everybody has to say and this machine does not do everything on tv like you think it would do.
I have had the Bullet Express about 3 weeks. I love it! the only con i have so far is that of slicing tomatoes. They really need to be firm or else they come out like mush.
I used the juicer today. I make up my own combinations and so good and healthy. I don’t like raspberries but i combined them with other fruits and it came out frothy and delicious.
I didn’t have the pulp catcher lined up correctly and my counter was streaming raspberry remains all over, but fixed that and no more mess.
I think it’s great, so hopefully others will not have the problems from above comments.
Just received the machine and tried it all and am very impressed with it. Does slicing and dicing great and the juicer was okay also.
Thank You to everyone who has taken the time to post thier comments on this site. I won’t be ordering this “item” now. I have never even ordered anything from an infomercial but for some reason this commercial was very seductive and I was seriously considering placing an order. I would encourage folks who want to order this item or any other to read the warranty terms at the website, so you will know in advance about all the associated shipping costs with returning the machine to the company. In fact, it was 1 of the reasons that I was hesistating to place an order.
Again, Thank You!! (This is also my 1st blog post.)
Thank you for the reviews, too! My wife is not one for cooking, really because of the prep, so this seemed like a great solution. Don’t want to take the chance now based on the input. Didnt really need the juicer, but could be fun for the kids, but seems dangerous. Will just drink my Isagenix instead (frankly better than any juice I could mix up!). Thank you!
Thanks for the “reviews”
I saved the $$$$$ & did not order it
The Juicer Attachment is potentially very Dangerous. You are never really sure if it has fitted properly coz the Machine Starts irrespective. Then the Plastic from the Feeder Tube & other plastic parts just grind & get mixed with the juicer & trust me the ground plastic parts are pretty sharp & very dangerous.
Please do not give juice directly to kids without Straining it.
If there is anyway I could take up this issue with FDA or any other federal agency I would. Please Please try avoiding feeding the kids from it.
I just want to thank you all for everything you had to say! Thanks to all of you I’m not going to waste my money.. I’m truly sorry you all did!
Thank you very much for all your reviews. I am also was about to order one, almost, but I wasn’t sure. I clicked everywhere in the website to find at least some kind of valid info about the manufacturer, no avail. It is just ridiculous, the price – there must be the catch. I showed the website to my brother and his first and immediate question was “What’s the catch?”
So, again, thank you for reviews. And I think, we all have to pay at least around $300 to get a good juicer or other. This is also can be another example or prove that quality and price are not always “coincide”…….
Thank you for the information. I was ready to purchase the Bullet Express until I read your feedback. Thanks for saving me a bunch of money and lots of headaches.
Thanks. I was about to order the Bullet Express because I love my bullet. I use it everyday. But I guess I will just replace my Food Slicer.
thanks for the info… does any one have any recomendations on what i should buy. ( some thing thats like this machine ? )
Have used mine for two days now and so far so good. Praying I do not experience any of the problems that are listed by others on her. I really love the juicer. My only complaint so far is that the booklet does not explain how to stack the various components. Had to just “figure” it out.
Thanks for the reviews. I will not be purchasing this either. I’ve got the Magic Bullet. Dissapointed with the quality as the unit smells as if it’s on fire after prolonged use. I fell into the advertising hype once, but won’t twice.
I also appreciate the reviews. I really wanted one of these but decided to research it more after recently purchasing a SlapChop and finding it didn’t live up to expectations. I will not be ordering a Bullet Express now.
Thanks for the reviews! I had filled in all but my credit card number when I thought I should read some reviews…whew! Glad I did! Thanks for saving me the $150! Think I will just go and buy a Food Processor and slicer!
I also want to say thank-you for everyone taking the time to leave the reviews. I just saw the infomercial and being that I don’t own a Food Processor or a juicer, I was going to hop online, read the reviews, then purchase. Not anymore! Whew!
Thank you for posting these comments. I just saw the infomercial for this machine and was considering getting it but after the comments I am saving my self the money and going out and buying a real Food Processor. The one my wife and I have is too old now since its from her old college days. I would have been very upset if I got this and went through the trouble everyone else did on here. Thank you for saving us the money and time in this tough time!!!!
DO NOT waste your money on this product! The infomercial somehow got me to pick up the phone but when I received it I was so overwhelmed with all the parts. Then I had to empty an entire cupboard in order to have a place to store it all! I started think, hmmm, a knife and a cutting board take up about an inch of cupboard space while this monster takes the whole thing, maybe leaving an inch! I didn’t even try it out because I was so unhappy with the confusion of all the pieces to try to fit together. I shipped it back to find I had to spend $29 to do that, then the shipping is non-refundable either way so basically it ended up costing me money to try it! I found a Cuisenart for the same money on sale at Bed, Bath and Beyond! It rocks!
I just made juice with the Bullet Express Juicer attachment, somehow the bottom Claw which latches on to the Motor attachment just gave way, as a result of which the pieces of the Feeder Tube Ground into the juice. My family has ingested all this juice.Thank God there were no children involved.
I have to be fair however, the other attachments work good.
I write this so that users need to be careful to strain the juices to be safe.
I think this is a manufacturing defect & these people need to be careful in getting the parts double checked.
I am very happy to have found these comments! I was in the process of “Falling for that Infomercial” and ordering the machine. Maybe, in time, the company will work out the problems because the concept is awesome!
Well, I ordered one of this machines last week. Their customer service dept. is awful. I called a few days later to inquire about my order and they were not able to tell me if the order was processed, nor when the product would be shipped. So far, dissapointed. After reading your reviews, I am glad the order did not go through.
Thanks, I too almost purchased it since its now only $33 x 3 payments plus shipping.
With a friend who has cancer the juicer is all the craze now.
Hopefully since it says 30 day money back you can use a stop payment with your credit card.
Do a dispute with your credit card company and let them fight it out.
If your in the right your credit card co. will reverse the charge
Thanks a TON for the reviews. I was just about to order this thing. Sorry you guys had trouble, but you saved me $160. Thanks guys and gals!
I too am severely disappointed! They cost on the shipping is outrageous to return. The motor is VERY wimpy, and you start to smell the motor burning and overheating within seconds. Everything I tried to do I had to take the food out of the bowl and mix by hand. It certainly does not fix enough food for a whole family. It claims to be able to do a pound of meat, but I couldn’t even get it to mix that. I made the mistake of ordering 2 so I am basicly out now the shipping cost of about $120.00. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE!!! To clean it is a massive undertaking with machine parts taking up every inch of your counter space. It was also very time consuming add food to the Mixing Bowl. The clamps that lock the bowl in place are a pain and very flimsy to say the least. The hole on top is like trying to shovel food into a milk bottle opening, it has a very TINY opening of about 2″. The shredder does work quickly but I had difficulties not having it shoot all over the kitchen. The clean up is just massive. Once Again DO NOT BOTHER purchasing this machine….You will regret it!
I had the same issue with a refund as Chad Tucker, I lapsed over the 30-days (plus 45-minutes of hold time just to talk to someone). I tried justifying it and used it once again, but the same things kept happening. (1) To chop veggies to make pizza and salads, set-up and clean-up takes longer than just chopping the veggies yourself. The first time I used it, I didn’t anticipate carrots flying all over my kitchen from the spout!! It was funny at first, and the same thing would have happened with the other veggies but my husband blocked them from flying, about 1/2 would land in the bowl. It’s cuts were uneven as the veggies rotated at the end. There was also plenty of slivers and chunks left inside the machine, would have been a waste of food if we didn’t take it apart and grab them out.
(2) When using the juicer, it didn’t shred/juice all of the fruit, leaving chunks in the bowl and blocking other fruit from being juiced. I had to take it apart and re-feed, not something I had to do with my other juicer. Plus, there was plenty of juice in the shreddings than my other juicer. Big disappointment.
So, I gave it a second shot, but the best place for this wasted $162.30 ($199.94 + $29.99 S&H + $12.37 tax) is in the trash.
Wow, sorry to hear that Chad. I heard that the Magic Bullet had the same problem with the motor get fried. It sad that they don’t paid for the shipping on broken parts when when is it in warranty. It’s hard to buy something from TV commercial, because of those little details you don’t know until it happens.
We purchased the Bullet Express. It was opened less than 30 days, but because of shipping, it was over 30 days from order date. The motor fried with 2 uses and so we called them to cover it under warranty. They will not refund money. They want you to send the product back in at your expense and then you have to pay them $20! to ship it back to you after they “repair” it. And their website goes on and on about their “high quality” product that they back wonderfully. I paid $120 for the product and will be in it for over $60 additional in shipping and time without product. I should have purchased a Bosch!
