• Meal Maker Express: The Meal Maker Express attachment is used for slicing and shredding a variety of vegetables, fruits, meats and cheeses. This may be the best part of the machine, which you will use often
• Meal Mixer Express: The Meal Mixer Express attachment is used for mixing, blending, chopping, mincing, ice crushing. Not the most powerful mixer in the world, but will do ice crashing as well.
• Juicer Express Attachment: The Juicer Express attachment can be used for juicing all types of fruits and vegetables. This is good one if you don't have any juicer yet. This alone saves you good amount of money. It's not "THE BEST" juicer ever, but good starter.
• Ready In 8 Cookbook: The Ready in 8 bonus cookbook includes full of mouthwatering meals. I'm not that much in cooking books, but it is there for free, why not use it.
• User Manual: The Bullet Express User Manual explains proper usage, safety and care for the Bullet Express machine. Well, who reads manual? I like to figure how things work by myself and that includes the Bullet Express. But if your spouse is standing next to you, you'll better to read that thing, before you mess it up.
How It Works
Meal Maker Attachment
The Meal Maker Express attachment is used for slicing and shredding a variety of vegetables, fruits, meats and cheeses in just seconds with the slicer/shredder Disc Blade. To slice, you would need to place the slicer/shredder disc blade with the direction up in the Meal Maker attachment.
I like this part a lot. It’s addictive to cut and slice with it. I put all kind of veggies, fruit and meat just to see it going nicely in a bowl. It's cool. Get a big bowl and somebody to turn the bowl to make it as nice as in the commercial.
To shred, you would need to place the slicer/shredder disc blade with direction down. Once you have the desired blade, place food in the Meal Maker attachment in the feeder tube with the small food pusher and the food will be shredded or sliced and fall into a bowl.
Meal Mixer Attachment:
The Meal Mixer Express attachment can be used for mixing, blending, chopping, mincing, ice crushing with the uses a chopper/mixer (split level) blade and a Flat Blade. To chop or mix food, you would need to place the chopper/mixer (split level) blade in the Meal Mixer attachment.
For crushing or making dough, you would need to place the flat blade in the Meal Mixer attachment. Once you have the desired blade in the Meal Mixer attachment, place the food in the Meal Mixer Bowl and start processing the food or crushing your ice for smoothies.

The motor is powerful – one of their claims – but I was a little dubious about the thin plastic the tops are made from and yes within 6 months the double blade chopper blade broke. A piece of plastic popped out after trying to chop carrots. Then just a few days later, as I was trying to snap the plastic handles in place one of the handles broke completely off from the mount on the motor and the handle itself broke halfway up. The company has not responded to my complaint to them. It looks like I shall have to repair it myself and hope for the best. Beware!
I bought this product…. It totally sucks ass!!! Save your $$!!! It’s cheaper to go to your local salvation army or goodwill store n purchase sumething second hand.. U assmunches should be ashamed of yourselves… I encourage any1 who wants to buy this product to re-think!!! I WASTED 254.80!!!!

Thank you so much for that amazing product I love the Bullet Express so much but I bought one in Yemen and my son Brock the mixer glass holder and I went to the agent in Yemen to get the part needed and I offered him money and he was rude to us and he did not offer any help to get us the part missing. I will pay more money for that it is not a problem but the agent in Yemen Said that what you say in the ad that you can provide us with the parts if there is anything stopped working is or got broken a fake thing now it is useless to us. I have innovations pictures and everything in here will be given upon request. And the Agent in Yemen took 350$ more than the price shown here which made me said. I am sorry to get that product as I see it there in m family kitchen as junk and useless machine after it was the best machine ever and I was the first one to buy it and I was really interested in getting it. Now I really need any one to help me to get that part for me or give me the link to the factory or company producing it as the agent is not helpful and rude in Yemen that will be a great help for me . thanks Faris
I just bought the Bullet Express from Bed Bath and Beyond. I have been cooking for 29 years, and just loveeeeee cooking. I have never bought a Food Processor or juice maker, as I always been really meticulous about chopping vegetables, etc…. This 3 in 1 machine seems really great so far, as you can pretty much do anything in the time that it is advertised. It is extremely easy to use, and to clean. The only downside I found, is that you are not going to get anywhere close to a perfect slicing, or shredding. It is really made for preparing food fast. Like any other food processor I guess… The mixer Works Great. It is not a blender, but really a “mixer” (could be use as a blender if you don’t have one). And the juicer is really good, and also easy to use and clean. Overall, I have to admit that it was a well spent 129.00$
I purchaed this product and had to find a whole cupboard to store all the pieces. It is not what it is advertised to be. The food sprays out the chute all over and is a pain to clean. I wanted a return but was told you can only get parts (and I pay the shipping) if it is after 30 days. Poor warranty, poor product!! Don’t waste your money!
Just bought one of these from a local store and it was missing the user manual so I went onto the website to download a pdf file, however I guess they believe this is secret squirrel and they dont offer a free pdf download of the users manual as to date. Next I called the company and the phone operator was rude before she would even talk with me she wanted me to register my product which I might have done if I had received the registration card in the box and in order to do this over the phone I needed my sale receipt. The sales receipt was downstairs in my car so I went out to get that to proceed to get a manual sent to me, she then informs me before they will send me a manual at no charge I have to fax a copy of the receipt in to them. This is where I started to become gravely concerned with the company and declined her offer and will be returning it to my local store on my next set of days off. WHAT A PAIN! I figured the item would be great considering how much I loved my bullet, but like some of the other reviews on here I will tell you this machine is a pain to clean esp the juicing end of it. Slicing seemed to work great but lets be real there are ALOT of great slicers on the market with companies that care and stand behind their products without giving you a bunch of grief. I would pass of this item if you were considering it just based on the fact they won’t as a company help you out without going through an interrogation process this is uncalled for and really can you imagine if something was broken or wrong with it?! I bought this item but didnt use it with in the 30 day trial period. I purchased the warranty, cook book and the Bullet Express for 219.27 and got a defective item that doesnt work. The company wants me to pay to send the item back and charge 20.00 to send another one. Raising the cost around 270.00 I guess it is profitable for a company not to have quality control to check these before sending them. Its time to cut losses with this company instead of paying for another that may not work. I am filing complaint with the better business bureau which is labbb.org
I like everyone else wont be purchasing a Bullet Express. I love my Magic Bullet – but shipping is always an issue I consider as it is often adds another 50% to the price.
LOL…i know this machine is not the best but what do you expect for 120 bucks??? i have had mine for almost 2 months and have no complaints!!! i mostly use it for the juicer and it is great for the money. my friend sold me her juice lady juicer (which is awesome) which i gave to my bro and the bullet is designed very similarly except of course it is mostly plastic. it is a nice little machine…i would definetly recommend it.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY! The juicer doesn’t work like it should – leaves alot of pulp and juice. After a little while you get a burning smell when using the product. The company also doesn’t honor their return policies – Now I am stuck with a product I paid full price on and no satisfaction was had.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT IS A CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT AND THEY WON’T HONOR THE 30 DAY GUARANTEE! I should have read the reviews before buying the 3 piece Bullet Express. I bought it for my daughter, after 3 days she told me the juicer didn’t squeeze out all the juice, this was after repeated usages; messy to clean up. It also gave out a burning odor. The salad making part of it, doesn’t work as advertised. I told her to pack it all up and I would return it since it didn’t do what it was suppose to do. Anyway, she decided to try it some more since they really don’t give good instructions on how to put it together, or really how to use it. I saw her on the 26th of April (a Sunday, exactly 30 days. I didn’t call until the 27th, a Monday, because I didn’t think they would be opened. No where on their invoice does it say they are opened 24/7 as the representative told me when I called in and he very firmly told me there wasn’t anything I could do about it since it was past my 30 day money back guarantee. I told him I just wanted the juicer replaced since it wasn’t working right. He kept repeating that there wasn’t anything he could do because I had already passed the 30 day guarantee! ONE DAY – and not even a complete day, because I called them first thing on Monday morning. So basically I was shafted! I paid for it outright, no flex payments (my mistake). Now I am stuck with a juicer that hasn’t worked and out of my money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR GUARANTEES AND THEIR PRODUCT IS POORLY MADE AT BEST!
I bought the Bullet Express thinknig it would do everything, the base immedialty stopped working had to get it replaced, then the base and juicer gears all broke and had to have them replaced, got the replacement and after only two juicings the gears broke again, and every time i had to get a replacement i have had to pay for the shipping, this equipement is not worth the price or the hazzel of it, would not recommend it or ever buy another.
They are a terrible company. I bought a Bullet Express Jan 21, 2010. When I opened the cover to the Meal Maker was broken. I complained and finally got a new cover 9 weeks later. The new cover was too big. I complained and it is 7 weeks now and I do not have a new top. The Bullet Express was supposed to replace all your kitchen appliances…it is totally useless as a blender to make smoothies. It’s only us for me has been as a juicer which I could have gotten cheaper.

I got my Bullet Express 3 months ago and use it every week. It is the neatest thing ever. I make meals in a dash. Cook on Sundays for the week making all kinds of stuff, this thing saves me hours. I have not a moment of trouble with it. I even grind up meat for incredibly delicious chicken salad. THIS THING ROCKS!!
In fact, the blade started getting a little dull so I called customer service about it and they are sending me a new one for $3.95 S&H. That’s it, I don’t even need to send the old one back.
Sorry some of you have had problems with it, but I am one happy customer!
Hey Allen, the only way I can get my juice cold is to put it in a blender and the mix ice.
My husband bought the bullet Christmas and I loved it. The problem is now it’s March and we are now on our third unit. The one for Christmas worked well for two months and just stopped working. So we called the company and they shipped another one out no questions asked in addition to paying $19.00 for shipping and handeling. I was so excited to get it I love the juicer, to my disappointment it didn’t work, so we called the company again and they again will ship us another one out at no charge to us. Please pray that this one will work.
My husband got for me XMAS 2009, well finally used it make cheese cake recipe I read direrction first about how can’trun no more then 3 mins at time ok I was very aware of time frame and made sure I stop after 30 sec had my timer right next to me well when mixing ingredients it locked up and smelled like it was burning and took 1 hr , before could start working again finally got cheese cake done but I going to return it
I purchased the Bullet Express and used the Meal Maker attachment once with no problem. In fact, I was very pleased with how well it sliced potatoes for making scalloped potatoes. The second time I tried to use the machine the flimsy plastic side arms which lock the different heads to the Motor Base broke. I phoned Customer Service to order a new arm (how much can a plastic arm cost..) but was surprised to discover they cannot be replaced. They agreed to send me a new motor base as I only had the machine 2 weeks, but I had to pay $20 in shipping. Wishing I had not bought it in the first place. Hopefully I’ll get a few months of use when the new base arrives before the flimsy arm breaks again.

I bought the Bullet Express. I love it! It works as good as in the informercial! I made cheesecake with it and a nacho platter. I also made a turkey meatloaf within seconds!
My husband and I bought this awful product last weekend due to our love of our Magic Bullet. We used the Food Processor for the first time about 10 mins ago and it started a small kitchen fire in under 30 seconds of being turned on. We were even making the meatloaf that was so effortlessly made in the commercial!
We purchased this machine at Bed Bath and Beyond and will be returning it ASAP!!
Don’t buy, crappy AND dangerous!
I just got a new juicer and I love the new drinks I am making. The only problem is the juice is warm and if I let it coool in the fridge it all seperates. Any tips on how to get cold juice? Thanks for the great tips buy the way!

The good thing about Costco is that they have a good return policy so if you are not happy, it’s an easy return.

I bought this machine in July of 2009. Like other people have said, the Motor Base broke down after only a few uses. I had to pay $20.00 to send the base back to Bullet Express. I mailed it Aug.25, 2009. Still have not received the new motor base that is still under warranty. I have written several letters with no satisfaction. I spoke with a person from Customer service. I was told they never received the motor base. I was not surprised because they keep giving you an excuse not to replace the parts. I still have the tracking information from the post office. They said if I gave them this information to prove I mailed it they would look into the matter further. Now they are totally ignoring me. I have given them until November 1, 2009 to reply to my letter and mail me back a new motor base. I told them if they didn’t, I will be going public. So here I am folks. This is what you will have to put up with if you buy this product and have problems with it. The product is not as good as it looks on TV. It is a pain in the butt to assemble and dis-assemble. Lots of work keeping it clean. Be smart and don’t buy this product.

My wife and I saw the Bullet Express commercial on TV and we decided to buy one. We bought it in Canadien Tire for $129.00 and we replaced it after one week. The motor is so week and the blades are so bad. We took Jack Lalanne’s juicer. My advice – If you want to buy juicer or Food Processor, buy other brand.

OMG! I was just about to convince my husband to buy me this products. I have been waiting for months to get this. I am an avid juicer and love to cook for my family. After reading these reviews, I will not purchase this item. I hope the maker of the Express are listening and are going back to the drawing board. This is a great idea. They need to improve it and send their customer service representative back to training.
I placed an order for the Bullet Express about 9-25-09 called on 9-29-09 to confirm order had an encounter with a very rude employee. Customer service is horrible wait time is always greater than 15 min. Called again on 10-9-09 to once again find out status on order and was told that my order had fell through cracks. they had ran out of the product and it would be another week before it may be sent.So thanks for all the reviews and my own experience I am cancelling my order immediatly.
I ordered two of these, got charged, never got it in the mail, called, was on hold for 15 minutes, then they told me it was backordered, promised me free upgrade shipping if i would just wait, I made them reverse the charges. If you have ordered one and don’t know what to do, get them to give you your money back, or dispute the charges since they are charging and not shipping when they take your money……
I really LOVE cooking and new things are fun too use but this looks CHEAP! The peppoerroni was flying all over the place in the commercial! The only reason people like these gadgets is becasue of the commercials. These are all junk! I think a piece of mozzerall cheese flew in the old ladys hair whenn she was screaming at them for food. The food is all cut the same shape. If you put fruit through that machine, I dont think it would look nice , but slushy like pooridge. They showed a pretty fruit salad, but now how it was really all made. I dont think they are good to buy!
I am grateful at the reviews here because I was going to buy this!!!! This appears to chop all the same size with no variety.The food looks like it goes everwere, all over the place!!!! I enjoy cooking and eating, Im a baking queen and love food, but I would not waste money on this hunk of plastic junk! It seems like the have poor customer service too! Thanks for the reviews! You really have to enjoy cooking to like this machine. If you are very picky with it, you would give it a 2 star. But if you are impressed with it, you’d give it a 5 star. It all depends on the person who is using the Bullet Express. Someone who rated this on this website said the juicer is dangerous. Well, arn’t all juicers? They all have sharp blades, or how else will they chop up and juice the fruit? I might buy the bullet express because I enjoy cooking!
Is this the same actors from the first commercial ? they have all gained weight and maybe they are making too much junk food and snacks with the Magic Bullet they got for free while making the commercials.
I hope this isnt as JUNKY as the Magic Bullet becasue it looks fun! We had to return the Magic Bullet due to the plastic it was made of. I htink they spend a lot more time and money in the commercials than the prodcuct.
