Don't let all the advertisements for the GE reverse Osmosis Water systems fool you into thinking that it's the ideal home system. The odds are that GE reverse osmosis filters aren't right for you, but GE won't tell you that because they are just trying to make a sale. They don't care about your best interest.

GE reverse osmosis water systems are only useful to people that have no connection to the mainline Water System in their area. Those drawing their water from a freshwater source would need this type of system to remove sediment. Chlorination and additional filtering would also be required.

They've even caused death in young children. To remove these microbes from your water, you need to use a sub micron filter as well.

The GE reverse osmosis water system simply doesn't offer the best protection. Instead, you should look for a high quality home Water Purification system containing all of the different filters mentioned in this article.
