What Body Detox Recipe is Right for You

*2 cups mashed bananas
*Salt
*2 TB raw honey

Mix all well and pour into muffin tins. Then you will want to freeze over night. Then you grate into a bowl and scoop into serving cups.

*4 Large pieces of watermelon
*1 ripe banana
*1 cup of raspberries
*4 cubes of ice

Blend in blender; serve.
