I am looking for a good Pasta Machine. I read some good reviews in Imperia, but I'm confused, that brand is.?
I see Villaware, William Sonoma, CucinaPro, etc. with the name of "Imperia" in their products, and who knows what is good. This is my first time getting a machine pulp. Please tell me if there is a brand called "Imperia" in Italy, if so, where can I find. If not, I would appreciate it if you could give me a recommendation on what to buy.
